Portrait of the Prophet (PBUH)

  • Islamic Museum of Australia 15A Anderson Road Thornbury Australia (map)

Love of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is central to the life of the believer and is directly related to the completeness of one’s faith. Yet in an age of imagery, we have no connection to his noble appearance. So how does one love the one he does not know?

The physical description of the Messenger (peace be upon him) is well-documented, and has been meticulously passed on from generation to generation. We are honoured for Shaykh Samir al-Nass to continue this tradition and for him to ‘paint’ a portrait of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Part of the Living Legacy tour with Shaykh Samir al-Nass.

Co-hosted with the Sanad Foundation.
